We’re making something great for you — and we can’t wait to open our doors! The past several months have been full of planning, construction, and test-brewing. We’ve seen enough drywall to last a lifetime. Over the next several weeks, we’ll be putting the final touches on a space we hope will become your Northern Michigan home for everything that matters: family, friends, and good times.

We don’t know our exact opening date yet, but rest assured — we will tell you as soon as we know! This whole “patience” thing is getting pretty old, and we’re ready to pull up a barstool and properly christen this brand-spankin’-new brewery.

As far as brews to look forward to, we’ve been quietly sending around test batches for taste-testing and internally tweaking recipes until they’re just right. You can count on several delicious IPAs, bright and fresh goses, steady-eddie lagers, and more. We’ll announce an official beer list soon!

We’re still tweaking our food menu, but expect an array of heavy snacks and small plates that’ll keep you satisfied while you drink your Five Shores brew. We are human beings and therefore love a good food truck, so keep an eye out for announcements about which food truck will be sidling up to the brewery and when.
